I've set about trying to edition the "Weight of the World" print, and here's the first stage. It's a little woodblock that I'm going to chine colle onto the etching. I'm not really sure what the proper verbiage is for that - it seems odd to add "-ing" to a non-English phrase, but it's also really awkward to use it without somehow modifying it. Oh well! Anyhow, I've printed up 10 of them, so I've got 10 tries to get it right when I print tomorrow.  I've already cut out the figures, none of the background will be used.



At some point, I'm going to print an edition of the woodblock as it is - it turned out way better than I was hoping for, and I think it can stand on it's own nicely. More pictures tomorrow, hopefully the printing goes smoothly!
