Grinder (Horseshoes and Hand Grenades)

This guy is another variant on "Grinder" - I had intended to get it matted and bagged for the West Linn show, but didn't get around to it.  Ah well...

I may have been a little harsh in what I wrote about this weekend's show in regards to the promised artist shuttle, but the fact that it's two days later and my legs are still stiff as hell from my Everest ascent doesn't really leave me in much of a mood to apologize.  I suppose that if I intend to do the show again next year, like Lance Armstrong I need to start training months in advance of the actual event.

On the music front , I'll likely be putting together another Claydio mixcast very, very soon.  Today was a good day for music fans - new albums by Superchunk and Black Mountain are fresh in my collection.  I need to give 'em a listen and see if there's something that'll fit into the other stuff I have planned for it.

I'm aiming to finish reading Kurt Vonnegut's "Welcome to the Monkeyhouse" today - I have a couple of literary-themed prints in the back of my head begging to be set free, but I need to polish off this book before I can get around to one of them.

Later, skater!
